Framingham State College has a fashion club that produce a yearly publication called Style Magazine. The magazine showcases numerous talented students work ranging from photography and graphic design to journailsm and fashion styling. This year they came to Flash House Studios to use our warehouse and resources to make there magazine photoshoot the best ever. The day started at 9am on a drizzly sunday in late February. Stylists, designers, photographers, make up artists, and producers filled the 2,000 square foot warehouse space. The day was filled with some of the best creative energy in central Mass. The first few hours were a bit slow, photographers and producers worked out there shots and lighting while stylists and the hair/makeup team were beautifying the models. They first worked on the cover shot which tool about an hour in all to shoot. Adam and I helped out with alot of the technical parts of the shoot, it was fun teaching people what we know and learning from others. About 2 in the afternoon we ordered 8 large pizzas from dominoes and had a great time discussing shoots, modeling, and goals. After break they worked on article shots and individual photoshoots. The long and exhausting day ended around 7pm and it was worth every minute of it! Here are some behind the scenes photos that were taken throughout the day.
